Cookie Policy

This policy reflects the current frontend code. Browser storage and essential session functionality are used; optional Google Analytics is prepared and remains inactive until configured and you allow it.

Necessary session functionality

The frontend sends browser credentials with requests to the CHERMO API for login and account-session functionality. The API may set authentication cookies needed to recognize an account session. The frontend does not set or read cookie values directly. Blocking these cookies or browser credentials may prevent login-protected features from working.

Local browser storage

The site stores momently_intro_seen_at, an introductory-animation timestamp, in local browser storage. The animation uses a 24-hour interval, but that does not automatically delete the stored value. This is not an advertising identifier. Older browser sessions may also contain momently_user_email, used by legacy navigation. You can remove these entries by clearing this site's browser storage.

Optional tracking

When configured, optional Google Analytics measures public page visits and template interactions only after you choose Allow analytics. You can reject it or withdraw permission using Analytics preferences. Your choice is saved in local browser storage. Google Analytics may store analytics cookies after permission; withdrawal stops future tracking, and you can remove existing cookies in your browser settings. This does not mean that third-party checkout, sign-in, image providers, or separately hosted memory experiences use no cookies. Their practices should be considered separately.

Third-party resources

The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, homepage sample images from Picsum, and template preview images at URLs supplied by the API. Razorpay Checkout and Google sign-in are used where those features are available. These third-party resources may receive standard request information needed to provide the resource; review their privacy information for their practices.

Your choices

You can manage or clear cookies and local browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing necessary session data may sign you out or affect account features. For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy or email chermo18.in@gmail.com.
