Operator, support, and complaints

CHERMO is operated by its founder, Vansh. For support, email chermo18.in@gmail.com.

For an order problem, privacy concern, or copyright complaint, include the relevant order ID or page URL and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, or unnecessary private media. For copyright reports, identify the work and your connection to the rights holder. This contact does not restrict any statutory complaint or dispute remedy.

Using an account

Provide accurate account details and take reasonable care to protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Templates, orders, and payment

Available templates, features, and prices are shown on the site and order screens. Review the selected template and order total before proceeding to payment. Razorpay Checkout processes payment details; CHERMO uses the resulting order/payment references and status to verify the order. See the Refund Policy.

CHERMO prepares a personalized digital memory using the details and media you submit. The service may change or become unavailable. No permanent-access or uptime commitment is made.

Digital fulfilment

This is a personalized digital service, not a physical shipment. Payment confirmation and publication are separate steps. An administrator prepares and publishes a ready, paid order; payment alone does not mean the experience is already available. Publication sends the chosen link to the customer's account email through the configured email service. The recipient name used in personalization is not a separate email-delivery address.

Published destinations may be hosted outside this website. Check your account for your published link. If the link or email does not arrive, contact support with your order reference. There is no automatic or immediate-delivery guarantee on this page; ask support about timing before purchasing if a particular date is important.

Your content

You keep any rights you hold in the text, photos, and videos you submit. You confirm that you have permission to provide them and to request the uses described here, including displaying them to people who can access a memory after you request publication. You give CHERMO permission to receive, store, process, and display that content only as needed to prepare, support, and publish the memory you request.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or that you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for securing any permissions needed for people depicted in submitted media.

CHERMO intellectual property

CHERMO and its original template designs, text, graphics, animations, and source code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted, templates may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used to create competing template products. A purchase or use of the service does not transfer ownership of CHERMO’s original designs.

Third-party fonts, images, and other assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses. CHERMO does not claim ownership of third-party assets.

Acceptable use and service limits

Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, or use the service to distribute unlawful or harmful material. CHERMO may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security, or legal obligations.

Publication and account closure

A memory becomes accessible through its page when it is published. People who can access the published page or its link may be able to view it. To ask about removing a memory or closing an account, email chermo18.in@gmail.com.
